Opening & Managing restaurants was my profession & career since over 14 years...
Four years ago, I had the chance to go back to my school that I loved but this time the mission was different…
The challenge was to create a new eating concept, healthy and tasty food in a friendly atmosphere for students & teachers.
The menu consists on a wide variety of bakeries, salads, sandwiches, healthy snacks & daily platters.
My main concern is always to assure the highest standards in food quality, hygiene and safety.
Finally belonging to VPJ school has always created a special place in my heart and inspired me throughout my career.
